Ballroom Rental Details
Simply Ballroom is located in the new Mid-Town of Omaha. Conveniently located just seconds from the interstate, Simply Ballroom is the ideal location for Social Events, Corporate Functions, and Private Affairs.
Simply Ballroom is situated on the corner of 27th & Farnam. We are an ideal choice for product launch events, baby showers, wedding receptions, and private events such as birthday parties, retirement parties, holiday parties, engagement parties and countless other functions.
Our space is versatile and can accommodate just about any function. Our towering 16 foot ceilings, 750 Sq. Ft. lounge, and our wall to wall wood floors in the ballrooms make our venue perfect for any function.
Rental Rates
$650 Rental of one ballroom for 6 hours or until midnight which ever comes first.
Maximum occupancy 150 people.
$1,200 Rental of entire facility with use of two ballrooms for 6 hours or until midnight which ever comes first.
Maximum occupancy 300 people.
Rental rate includes all tables, chairs, table linens and set up of these items.
Hire your own Caterer, D.J. and Bartender.
Security Deposit: $500 deposit is needed to hold your event date. (Deposit is refundable as long as there is no damage to the facility or property. If damage exceeds this amount, the client will be billed. In the event of a cancelation, the deposit will not be refundable.)
Additional Time: (For setting up.) $50 per hour
Security Guard: $40 per hour (Mandatory for all groups over 150 or a group that server alcohol.)
